Poddities Carabiner Strap for iPhone 4, 4S & 5

Posted on September 17, 2014 by Sean MacDonald
We recently installed our new wall focusing on iPhone photography and I always like to try products before I sell them. So for the past 2 weeks I installed the Poddities iPhone Clip on my iPhone 5, and I absolutely love it! The first thing I love about it is that it is so much easier to get out of my pocket. This wasn't something that was a very big concern before, but once I installed the Clip, I found myself just looping my finger through the hole and pulling my phone out that way. Some of the jeans that I wear have deep pockets and it can be hard to get my hand all the way down there, especially when sitting down. Also if you are a hipster, and you wear skinny jeans, I imagine it would be much easier for you too!

The second thing I love about the Poddities iPhone clip, and this is the main reason I bought them, is that they provide security in case you are taking pictures and drop your phone. You can clip it to a camera strap (if you really want to be pro, use a BlackRapid strap) and not worry about dropping it. This is super nice if you like taking pictures with your phone in potentially dangerous places such as over water, out the window of your car...
or over a paper shredder. Ok, maybe not a paper shredder, but maybe a wood chipper, cement mixer, skywalk on the Grand Canyon, or bridge over the Royal Gorge. No matter what you do, you can now take pics rest assured.
The clip has two screws that fasten to the bottom of the phone (both 4, 4s, and 5) and make is super secure. You also can still get your 30-pin or lightning cable in around it.

I love this product so much, that I am leaving mine on my phone. And I bought a bunch more for our iPhone wall. Feel free to stop in and pick one up!
